Verdicts, yields and estimates on this site are opinion and analysis, not regulated financial or investment advice. They are published so you can check the reasoning, not so you can outsource the decision. Take independent advice before committing funds.

Accuracy of listings and data

Prices, sizes, payment plans and handover dates come from developers and DLD records and change without notice. Yield figures are projections, labelled as such, with their assumptions published. Residential delivery on Dubai Islands is one project deep, so no yield on this site is an achieved figure.

How we are paid

The developer pays our commission on completed sales. Buyers pay us nothing. This is disclosed on every page rather than buried here.
