Twenty-five years, three continents, one 2008.
I lost everything once. It taught me to check the downside before anyone sells me the upside, and it's why I'll tell you to wait when waiting is right. The developer pays me, never you.
The work itself is simple: the Dubai Islands off-plan properties I track, each priced and given an honest verdict.
How I get paid
The developer pays the commission on every off-plan sale, whether a buyer uses an advisor or walks in alone. That fee is already priced in. Using me does not raise what you pay by a dirham.
The obvious question is whether that biases me toward the unit with the biggest fee. It would, if the site let me get away with it. That is the whole reason every project here carries a public verdict with a reason attached, including the ones I tell you to skip, and why the yield figures are net with the assumptions printed underneath.
If I put you into something that does not work, you do not come back and you tell people. Over twenty-five years that has cost more than any single commission ever paid.
