What we collect
Your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and email if you give one. Whatever you write in an enquiry. Standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics. Nothing else.
Why we collect it
To answer you, to send the market report if you asked for it, and to keep a record of what we discussed so you are not starting from scratch next time.
Who we share it with
Nobody, unless you ask us to introduce you to a developer for a specific project. We do not sell data, we do not trade leads with other brokers, and we do not feed portals.
How long we keep it
Three years from your last contact, then it goes. Enquiries that led to a transaction are kept as long as UAE record-keeping rules require.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deletion is done within 30 days, including backups. One email is enough.
Cookies
The ones needed to make the site work, and nothing that follows you around the internet.

Email us. If we have not sorted it out to your satisfaction, you can raise it with the relevant UAE authority.
