Eighty-two delivered projects and one cancellation in forty years is a genuinely strong record by Dubai standards. Whatever else you weigh, completion risk with this developer is low.

Late is normal, not exceptional

A third of their completions ran late, and six ran over a year late. Budget for handover slipping two quarters and you will rarely be disappointed.
